It’s easy to get swept up in the excitement of this (Saskatoon) booming real estate market.  If you’re not careful, you can miss some really important stuff.

Some people are really hurting. He’s here.  She’s there, with the kids.  They can’t find a home, but they have to be out of the one they currently own in less than a month.  They’ve tried hard, sometimes bidding up to $20,000 over the asking price.  Someone always seems to outbid them and the next home that comes on the market always seems to be more money.  They don’t know where they’ll end up.

Meantime, investors are sending money from all over the country.  They all want a little piece of the Saskatoon real estate action.  It's the "next Calgary," don't you know?

你在他们爱城网站高喊高叫，就是叫他们屯里的人去抬高你的房价，你正好出手吧?数据显示卡城和爱城的房价比萨城还涨的快，再说去那20来万人的地方好找专业工作吗？

你说得不全错, 我当然想我的房子升值,但是5年内决不卖房. 专业工作不好找---老实说阿省的人在这里是没什么竞争力, 这里专业工作主要是生物和农业研究, 人才在北美都是拔尖的. 来投机啊, 死脑筋!

如果说温哥华有良好气候条件，及冬奥会工程驱动房价不断上涨；
爱城是在几个大的石油项目的驱动，经济基本面有重大改变，带动一轮房价上涨。
Saskatoon 房价上涨是在加拿大西部大环境下的补涨行情，可能是跟风行为。Sas的经济没有太大的变化，其基础好象不太牢实。

人口正在下降，房价可能往上涨么？迟早会下跌的。

Hohoo, Thanks for your information. I am interested in the real estate market in Saskatoon. I know the economy there is pretty strong , so I am thinking about to buy a few rental properties there as investment. Can you please provide more advice? Such as location, good agents and so on.

其实喊喊又如何呢，该去的还是会去，不该去的还是不会去。

相信不会有人住在爱城而买一套萨城的房子作投资。

如果工作去萨城，还是要买房子的。

所以说，喊与不喊，没有区别。
