•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.! p6 b: w' G1 I2 U/ Z
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.

•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.) T" a2 F0 Y5 F* u

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.6 H, U8 O5 n s: t* |
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
! _! N( N1 h/ r# o•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).: d; W0 H6 l6 ~0 `8 z* S) \5 F* h
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
K! p1 v- j# D•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
) z1 }; h2 N7 E! y" b+ S•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.

Education and Experience ]% s& v x! }' T4 U. O$ u5 Z
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field. ; x$ I9 E! J6 P. }; A
1 `1 c6 j3 t+ d" }' R9 r6 I
2+ years network related experience.
