Hawaiian Chicken

•        2 tbsp (25 mL) Liquid honey 3 B) |* z% o# ]2 |/ B) ]  _& p
•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger ' |$ @, }& e6 d7 ~2 w4 m
•        1 Clove garlic, minced* z0 ?1 F2 _* C; `8 [% t% C! Q
•        Pinch pepper1 X% J! y6 h# Y( m& L' K
•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
+ b! M" w* e. w& I- Y9 ]" Q( t1 w•        4 Pineapple slices

% y" @/ h1 J% h. Y' U  ~In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.
; e6 d  n8 |. ~% a+ F" e% d( B. o: Q5 H4 o
Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.
