请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

最近需要renew pr 卡，咨询几个问题

4 b. P$ z- x1 p- r9 x1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
/ f2 l  J" i7 D* m% p2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
; l8 w! L* l9 f/ R( dYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
+ b5 I) H' a* H+ G# _9 M( Zproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
; s: G- K2 s& k9 U8 W7 G2 p# vproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
! v& X. a6 a8 r) F, Ea letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
. @7 ~; x, m" ]; ]) jproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

# o; g, z+ B! ]2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
