- O4 M4 c* y$ \: `7 N5 V& i2. Receive and respond courteously to customer inquiries by emails and calls

& ]; i. X% N: E# K3. Perform sales invoice data entry into  SPS  Commerce, MS  Excel and MS Access

1 v9 n" x- u6 a4 H# D, a4. Generate reports to production team and sale manager

6. Other duties will be assigned
