In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

. [+ U3 `( n: v; U$ Q. bLead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
. f" O1 R$ j; {4 |# eAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
8 v6 i( n8 z8 ^; }- A3 Q5 A8 kAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
# l) l  H4 c* l  `# L% nBe accountable for decision and actions
; p8 v9 `* @: _7 S( qMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
1 J  B4 G4 Y+ }# q: L
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
  A6 C6 l, e- e% l5 X, N• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

  `" L6 ~, [0 ?+ [) `6 ~& |) VDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

" }! W. \8 }0 ]& ~$ MCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

' D- D+ g* }9 B$ UCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
