In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
1 @4 B6 ^+ M/ c1 o! ~Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
* |  j" \/ Y1 I* |! k3 P; {# pBe accountable for decision and actions
9 C6 t* L# n/ }+ lMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
4 l, w8 U! m8 p. m• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

, S$ W# z! p: @5 ]Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

- w3 ?4 X4 k$ t! i! i+ SCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
