In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

$ }. Z: h! V+ L0 UAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
6 q8 g; h1 B, \8 CAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

9 l5 `5 F8 e6 n# U* V6 @  TDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
! d  j2 j1 y$ GPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:
& I% ]$ [. r8 Z& O+ d! h; [
Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
& Z6 ?+ o% s3 z, `6 s4 E* B. GCenter objectives.
