' h0 ]8 B, v2 Q5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

8 p; h$ L1 X) g1 v4 p6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

1 N! z  R! X+ X; C7 q2 g7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

2. Order Acknowledge by email

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

' @5 A/ X# Z; q( i6 d* B4 F7 f5. Send orders to warehouse

8 j2 l3 s* X: j8 s: }' X6 d6 V  X0 x6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status

9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems
