' y$ `1 ?" I9 W• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
• showing the new house and company property;
' G) Z5 ?. E( k; R, g& }• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
8 V) U  x; h2 \: _" `" t• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
( a6 y; A# f$ ?+ K$ v• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)

- Strong interpersonal skills
