• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
: [  G$ J3 N6 ]- E• showing the new house and company property;
• Organizing mail;
$ `9 y8 o/ ^5 I& r) ?6 Z  v• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
4 j: b' C" h7 h% ?• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
5 n' ~% \1 J6 F* I( @• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
7 E" c1 z( v. _6 R3 U& J• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
$ Z1 l9 t. Z( H1 w" X5 g- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
: c( L- n% ?8 ~4 z+ ^- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
