SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
( g; u4 O( a7 a, q. Z   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
* M% C/ W, S- N4 Y2 i  h6 H9 w+ A   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
# G, f; X  B, e- E4 U7 ]5 q   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
- I. P0 j, f( T' E• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
4 s2 C. C; l% b- }' F• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
8 s6 z8 e4 V2 C$ u2 s* D, g5 b! CSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
. P+ d0 ~8 s$ e" \• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

2 v0 i; n5 C* a  P6 Z7 }• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

  S; f1 F" W5 g+ m   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

. L& P- O/ m' B- Z) v3 k$ I• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
$ S3 U5 c1 I' a4 N5 _2 D) U• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
