RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
& E2 Z9 K; Q* W8 P3 ^   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
+ ?- \  n0 o" j7 ^   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
% G1 H2 z+ q# e8 q   o Microsoft Operations Manager
+ F: ~* O# n& m   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
/ O: U& a) o) U0 g7 f: V" a   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
7 m4 x6 ~* {& t+ F8 H. \. N' pplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Excellent written and verbal skills
7 w5 H: [* _6 X1 ?• Ability to work in a team environment
/ T9 k! ^1 X  _7 l, D/ T• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
7 d7 ^' V8 T: U( B+ A• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

2 |: H5 N8 ~, F) C   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
9 H$ e$ n! w2 E. e7 U   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
9 A5 U4 q- X  @# e   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
/ }" g5 z) k6 M, c* C   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
  b  L' c3 E/ R* \6 U, K; \, F% L• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
+ N. {- C% K- i3 R• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
