3 {" ]  G& w9 c7 m• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
7 g; P. s, o$ ?  v   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
$ w) U% I  n3 i. y: x   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
  j  d/ z2 |# {5 i% x   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
2 N4 J7 [7 S) n  H) N% A   o Linux based operating systems
$ o$ g( ~8 p, @   o Sun Solaris operating systems
7 i& Q: R/ k* T7 C$ n" U' D   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
' J0 M7 B# V! Jplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

% E. T" V& M0 F+ e- ySKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
) w) @  t! u- e• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
9 n" F& R6 Y( B! W! t! Q• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
4 m( R4 N) _2 b9 c8 B& K; R& ]• Certification should include some or all of the following:
. ?4 b- r0 Y7 \( E: }   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
+ Q6 Q& l1 \/ f. B$ J* z8 r   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
  @# m  g6 n5 r3 J- Y) V   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
1 M2 g* S- q" G8 }2 L• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
) l. t8 w3 W7 p, O0 y• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
