$ _& C8 p& y$ C• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
; `  L6 I% |, `( O6 s) Q1 X   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
$ t! C, o: E% b0 Z: n* v" ]  s   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
. S2 z' Q9 W9 q   o Sun Solaris operating systems
& c: O4 j# w" L8 a" M   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
9 K3 y7 m$ o$ l• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

$ k9 }2 {. r, J0 B3 P• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
+ r5 D, \# C7 Q# y7 e• Excellent written and verbal skills
! m( w0 J, n. m$ c" Q% `! t• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

9 p8 y  T6 o8 H0 H! H$ W• Certification should include some or all of the following:
5 U% ^& }0 E6 r, |# R2 w+ f   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
0 h) \7 t# P8 h& y' k6 G# ~2 }   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
! h- j# S- m0 W7 ^0 c) @; S5 z! ~   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
- A7 B; x6 E6 w   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
! n" }2 Z  J& u- ~0 r! f• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
' |5 B0 K5 x1 ~( y6 m• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
) ^. X" c, O4 y6 J+ ~. r• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
