DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
; \. D) n; D3 S+ E% k, Z6 s2 U• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003

   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
( n, L& G3 z; g/ t   o Linux based operating systems
) m3 j$ q' q. O  C& g9 I2 _: o   o Sun Solaris operating systems
5 o& t% B$ W2 J4 Y  z* @, t. Q   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
2 ^4 r& e' j% }3 s- ]• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
) F/ V9 b& L8 o8 ^. T' U1 Vplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
- u, d3 L9 |% N; O6 s• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
! m5 N* n5 O1 _/ i3 k( A* Y, h6 _• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
% _$ e6 _3 A+ y2 v% m" y• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
, d. }8 a; w9 t  y+ N2 N   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
+ v, ^' z" A! S   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

5 p6 @  v: I$ ^. Q4 ]2 a- I" a   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

; P' q  P6 f" b6 ]• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
" q, B; a9 Y6 F8 U# A! n- E% j• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
' k+ |. U' I" h( x9 M% D6 W7 o7 y) O4 I• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
8 V3 @9 k8 b. n8 ]/ p1 A• Have 4+ years of network design experience
