这个论坛也一样， 大家都只关注油价跌了，没有关注油价跌的另一个现象。

伊朗与沙特不同， 伊朗在油价超过100的前几年被制裁，石油禁止出口。而沙特等OPEC国家则赚得满盘满钵，虽然过去三年亏本，但还是财大气粗。所以OPEC内部也矛盾尖锐， 各国态度180度转弯。大家也知道开始时， 伊朗是反对减产的。

It must be noted that at the end of Apr, the state’s total number of producing wells numbered 13,717, a new all-time high.
这个州目前的油井数量是1万3千717个，而每天产油1.050630百万桶， 平均一口井产油77桶。

相比2014年12月，产量是1.227483百万桶
  j' C/ e; o  BChurning out as high as 1,227,483 barrels/day in Dec 2014, the current production statistics highlight oil’s horror show that has seen prices come down from $110 per barrel in mid-2014 to around $45 now, in between falling to a 12-year low of $26.21 in Feb 2016.

从2014年到现在， 2014年的油井数比现在少，但产量即比现在高，所以出油率只有原来的 1050630/1227483=85.6%， 或者说其成本至少增加15%。
以50块为赢得算， 由于增加了成本， 现在只有油价在58块才会赚钱。

-------这个58块的成本，应该还在持续增加。因为再过两年，新井也变老井了。另据工会得到的消息，美国已经出现技工荒了。

真能断章取义，通篇文章那个地方告诉你了页岩油是因为本身特性导致产量下降的？而且你考虑过新开油井的影响？难道从2014年其就没有新开的油井了，这些冲抵下降产量你计算了？！！

; C1 U/ l" `7 q从统计的角度看，你这种计算连误差都算不算，整个就是片面和错误的，并且故意断章取义把文章中和你观点最矛盾的第一句话去除不说了：As per North Dakota’s oil regulator, the state’s daily crude output rose 2.4% in Apr after dropping 0.8% in the previous month
