Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

( L& G4 O1 I( U5 w, d' e/ E- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
* D1 A: y. D- P: t- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
! }( ~% n3 F3 D9 G2 r- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
! T9 W; g# H/ c1 A1 R8 e- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
; W" }; n% H- [3 x* H1 I- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.

This is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
