single family average price is incorrect, it is the same as condo, check it please.

Summer’s over, kids are back to school, schedules are in place… time to take care of that real estate listing. I think that at least partly explains the large number of price reductions and listings (many of which are probably expired listings that are now coming back on the market).1 G; I: f7 n; F. _! R
