# C5 g5 b5 ~# u+ jModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
; s9 H* L" [( f1 dEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
/ h, C# l- l# \3 sSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
& P8 d5 Q  E5 Q2 K8 uRecruit and manage kitchen staff
7 r9 n  |1 F% t8 bRectify arising problems or complaints
- `- ~( w/ g2 R  l: j, _& QGive prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
