• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
: c9 Q$ U9 a, p9 Y; O: R! a; J• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.

• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents./ D" @, b! y# d
• Perform route inspections as required.

Required Skills & Abilities:
0 f! t4 Q2 O9 i• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset( R$ f4 X7 t* h
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
: f7 V' p6 k- s. z• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)& X4 \6 _4 o" O+ R/ v7 @. w
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
R( t1 V- r* u) [9 d# l* k, p- S• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal5 |9 J5 O4 V0 w- u# Y5 x" S
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license( o8 V! Q2 S2 z4 h! ?
