Key Responsibilities:
" b9 a# a* o4 e" _• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
6 b( F; Y5 ~6 k1 X9 @* ?7 r• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
" O6 |2 P+ M2 z8 A, ]% i• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents./ X3 e3 L. Y1 ]. Z9 ]; }$ f
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.# v& T( p9 n8 t( U# X+ W0 v
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.1 t3 P9 }& [' o. e3 k# L
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
* \) w* R0 o3 A' |! X( U• Perform route inspections as required.' o4 _" s3 D: m$ {, x7 s8 V1 g
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
6 K; i7 R/ d# V' c4 t' N1 I• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
3 F; P' _7 H0 x* p- j* m• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Required Skills & Abilities:; U5 h0 `4 D5 s# r; O% c+ u" e
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset1 O, h3 S( @5 B I8 t9 c
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred& i! V+ k7 \; b% c8 N$ f- a
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
' B* @$ o: c- n. d* W• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* E: v% }; h6 a4 c1 Q• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal/ N& A, k$ H( l2 F3 M( i
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license% X8 u7 y" w3 \% ]4 Q
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills* a/ L9 r/ W, g% f2 O6 A- }8 F) {; D
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
