• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.$ ]; h4 j% a, f
• Post advertisement

• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.( B A! B* x S, W1 v3 R# o& I
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.2 E( D. g6 d' z X# O
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.; [; Q; T4 C) s3 t7 c/ W
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.3 | D& y2 G7 n) A6 F6 t+ L. e
• Perform route inspections as required.
* R0 H/ H$ b1 ?0 B• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).* O7 U) j* g2 l
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

) C/ U* e# O' h. e1 R6 [( T+ r: r, b4 t• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
: |# b# ?: n( _+ O7 l* W• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
. T4 v3 G3 o3 L• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal- o- ^! H$ F& D1 f
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license8 L/ u3 @3 P" L8 R; _& P5 V+ W
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills7 ]2 C0 l; _; b+ T( H
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
