• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
# X7 S* j1 f' N! \) p• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
- ` a& H+ D; g1 r• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.. a5 m0 p8 o5 A
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.0 K& r# N3 Y% J
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.: F+ h$ v$ L9 q4 J; X' @ ?
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
' w+ L/ n6 M0 j3 h6 D' ^ H C- o• Perform route inspections as required.- g% ?4 j. n7 i" [' z2 Z1 S
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
% N; S0 r4 X4 R* x/ {# Q$ t# m' P• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
$ f9 ^$ m J+ s5 o6 B8 \9 i• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
$ W( M5 V0 P4 i• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
! U; F) D2 L! ~7 y; Q• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
/ r6 z. E3 C. y4 Q z• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred! l' U3 ~/ w4 ~: Z4 Q* _5 b$ o4 c
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)) l4 m: X$ [3 _9 n9 D$ f
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

# M- J0 n! l, S* F1 b9 _• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
