use real food, and the freshest ingredients to pack our pitas full of flavour. As a Pita Pro, you are not
only an expert at preparing the guest’s pita, but an expert in engaging with our guests and creating a
memorable experience.

Duties and responsibilities
 Contribute to a positive team environment
* o% E- {- i" ?3 I Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
 Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
 Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
 Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
' q& N, W6 v9 v2 l$ l' S Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
8 z4 ?8 H: q. P6 _! t$ M' R/ b Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
2 }0 ?+ ^3 F4 U# b$ O( d' Q Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
& G. y* h  {, {; Q" r Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
 Follow all operational policies and procedures
/ Y. I3 T$ H! ?4 L- a) i Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

 Previous experience in a service environment preferred
