4 u* c9 ]3 E  v9 w+ ?  e6 ldidnt see US$ coming up so strong suddenly. Expect oil base commodities drop and pick up near term.. as expected.. Cocoa seems like a good buy now, lots of Hedgefund is eyeing on it....

expect a fall through in the next few days....

Hard to find people with similiar interest. Most guys I met were either gambler or funder.

currently split my portfolio into 40% property, 30% insurance portected Seg fund, with high risk golbal investment portfolio, 20% US/Canadian Stocks and 10% on deriviatives such as options, commodities and Forex. That is why I am up most of the time for London market, to monitor the currency fluctuation and prepared for arbitrage on NY / Chicago commodity market.

Suggest you consider minor % into lower risk investment. At least keep aside some just in case. Do you have insurance coverage too ?

lesson well learned.  I bought a Nasdaq newly listed company from Nevada last year, something related to China by the name of CESV, one of the 3 stocks from China successfully listed, tought it was worth the risk due to the financial report, selling energy saving bulbs and others... with good ratio, revenue etc.... ended up a hoax !  lost 10k

with election at sight 2008, I see a bull run in the currency market. US is getting stronger every day. haa haa haa    sell sell sell....

对于美国的市场，我看不明白，一方面，地产市场不景气，另一方面，各项数据又不是太差，股市又创新高。我觉得是不是投资者对美国的地产不景反应过度，不过不明白的东西就不去搏，6月份我已经没有美股了，而亚洲的股市又是那么吸引，08年奥运，07年中国减税由33%至25%，人民币升值，就算近日美金反弹，但对人民币还是一路下跌，可见人民币的势头更为强劲。印度的增长迅速。上述一系列因素都有助区内经济增长。不过美元贬值过快也有坏处，损害了中国的出口（中国出口约占GDP40%），不过希望奥运、减税可减轻损害。欧洲经济以内需为主，对出口依赖不高。

! D) |& Y6 `7 W0 V一些中东油资从美国撤出转投欧洲、亚洲，欧元已经取代美元成为第一流通货币，还有值得一提的是伊朗提出以欧元结算石油，俄罗斯也有以卢布结算的野心，以上都是对美元不利因素。

所以，我还是那句话，I never purchase sth I don't understand.

往年美国市场每逢有大选，当权者会推高美元汇率，以强势美元向人民显示债务在执政党领导下有所减少。 我从去年11月已经留意美元走势一段时间了。 果然不出我所料， 涨得高。 随而来之的是原产品期，石油货价格狂跌，等， 令经济显得一片欣欣向荣！

主要的问题是， 这几年美国的经济靠的是房地产支撑。 平均美国人消费已经比所赚得还来得多， 每逢信用卡数到期时，就用房屋贷款还债， 越借越多， 同时，信心也越来越大， 将房屋涨价当成必然，当提款机使用。 只要利率有些变动升高，泡沫将会爆破！迟早而已。

留意图表显示。 美国房产价格最近几年几乎是每年往上涨， 去年的跌幅也是历史罕见。 灰色为历年 recession 年代。

同时， 房屋买不出去的情况有所增加， 也是历史罕见。
