Job Summary:
9 L6 P6 l5 i. ^% r# I4 [$ OProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site., n R9 l9 j8 |1 S

/ i. T8 O$ @, Q6 q1 ?· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission." y, B. ~9 o( E2 {. ?) Q2 ~$ R! t
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.0 X: G" `7 @; y, T3 x1 L
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.1 f6 o. x8 A. H- L
· Manages report database.* G" b6 J" ~3 A9 q( ~/ M2 q6 K
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders. z) N) ^! c2 W; y! ^
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.+ [2 J& X+ A6 t- N
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

* y2 c7 ?. y& y, A9 d; l, ?2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.- w2 @8 }% U- x" R
3 M$ U9 X: w0 ~; W2 Q3 qCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.3 r& P6 W( f5 _( J/ V4 X! i

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
