1 ] O( c P( J. YProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.; E8 W1 L7 [9 ]7 w

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.6 G$ j( S9 T! F2 [1 t% ~3 C
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
) ]1 `; Q/ V7 r3 l6 }' v· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
; o5 j) z' g; V· Manages report database.
7 t d5 W/ c. L# \& m· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.9 m2 H) y! b( F7 L- z
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

* F; T+ c- w4 B: O6 KCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
