Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

. C- j0 {# w6 ]Essential Duties and Responsibilities:3 {6 X$ ^% D# g- W! T
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
% ~, V4 y7 S5 w a/ b* y· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
n7 w# ^" n4 E$ H- B- t9 L· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

' O: E2 E1 S3 G$ t" E· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
' c; M, y( @. Y) a5 M- c· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

: ], w# D3 ?" m2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset. P/ T# u- N) |+ r6 p+ ]) J" y; W
% X! Z- o, X1 i7 s8 [Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
