Job Summary:
: \1 o7 R. p/ l% }- Q1 \Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.1 o8 { j- ?' c/ f9 A9 H0 T

: A2 }4 m6 J* I9 N, [0 CEssential Duties and Responsibilities:! y3 X* d, c2 F. M/ ?8 E
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
7 b- D7 z8 p; J/ k R5 l# n· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
" } ~0 K8 j4 O3 J· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.# b$ e' _, F* l! B5 S6 D5 [3 E+ E7 i% r
· Manages report database.
* ] O& X# d' y· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
q. r; v1 f8 e( b· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:
' g$ _7 I4 s5 W+ l2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.* a q3 {/ m3 w2 i3 Z+ ?
3 B3 ?# D0 W! w$ ]* H. ]! Z
Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.: @# n; O# T9 Z' _" j0 g
; L' v/ _7 l r* t x% kExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
