Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

* e( `( b. j1 ?· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission./ x! g: c3 `$ X4 n: n$ R
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.! ]% [& m. M# R5 F- I
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.( s" u6 b q3 |) A; g, v
· Manages report database.
: U: N- f' U6 T- W% h· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
* S4 Z& F! j s2 e· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
8 y" J% @! e! g- n. ^ j2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

& J+ E' ^" ~8 p; NCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.& N; ~ J6 f' x- p0 q$ A9 z. M

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
