Job Summary:
: s) ?1 k1 P% o; AProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
9 i: f, A9 K. z, c· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.. X+ K9 `5 {- i
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.' k' y" A( p8 b/ U/ i' T& W
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.# E* i+ S& ]" g( ^: T- I6 S
· Manages report database.
/ g; N, c8 s% I; G+ ?& }7 r( l· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
( T. \1 k; t% b% r) n· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:8 M$ A4 G: h) B V
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.6 D( }# p* [. T, m
1 _3 q( A* b0 lCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset., V7 r: r& M1 m! |- q' Y
4 v6 j7 n" t" W. RExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
