4月份大爱城区共有1498套房产被售出,比上一个月增加了近10%,但比去年降低了6%,其中有938套为独立屋,比上一个月增加了9%,比去年减少了6%。396套公寓被售出,比上一个月增加了18%,比去年降低了8%。双拼/联排屋有148套被售出,比上一个月增加了3%,比去年增加了7%。7 o# R/ L& E9 H: n8 c+ }
