• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
7 R; V0 T- v! }• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
/ q( f1 ? s) l. M+ g/ m3 l• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

REQUIREMENTS:. V* L4 S& i$ g; ~# g

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role9 q' ?( k% @& }2 U# x# @6 y
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study& T" G ^* Z* A( X. Q( @- L$ S8 V
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills' ?3 I: u* e# N5 K( ]6 |( }
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers+ q2 }1 e# ?" v. H0 B+ k/ y ?; c
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)4 Y6 y6 O" Q+ j4 t/ N+ B! C( `
