DUTIES:

w4 @% h5 P. L9 t3 `• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.) _. I# C" f* K- H9 J( r) S
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.3 t: z. V3 |7 p1 e: C
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible- W; `( ]. O. U* H) g
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:8 n8 ^) W6 g5 }
. F1 k' c* D5 r0 H% z• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role% B) V1 {* k# W' k. |. v
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
+ l1 V" q9 k. [% N* [' r) @• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills0 V/ G' J) X9 s1 [" }
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers, A% ~ ~, t5 B! B) F8 k+ L2 q
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)# I8 w6 e, g) t+ ^- ]7 T8 {+ _
