POSITION: Junior Accountant, V9 t- a6 l/ D$ W+ d& \0 _

• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
' A* B. F; S. W( @4 u• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.5 v! F& s5 A$ {4 S
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
' e# S4 a. l9 D+ A- R: @ V! Z' a• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.# ~5 M- M( |1 B9 q. `7 o$ I. k

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
, j' m, f' {+ T6 D• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
2 j1 k/ L& n( Y% ^ \1 n% c• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills" N$ g) Q( |+ `/ n
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers3 @; v. U9 b6 v
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)5 T" a: B6 |! ^/ }; u
