我不是猎头也不是做广告，也没任何好处只想在经济不好情况下给华人多些机会请版主放几天在移民板块，这个公司蛮大的总部在多伦多可email细聊

Responsibilities:
€€ Develop, test, and maintain web based business applications built on Microsoft technologies
€€ Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements
€€ Create user stories and estimates
€€ Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
€€ Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
€€ Package and support the deployment of releases
€€ Work with teammates to migrate older applications (asp) to current Microsoft technologies
€€ Develop, refine, and troubleshoot integrations between applications
€€ Analyze and resolve technical and application issues
€€ Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget

Education and Experience
€€ Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
€€ Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts
€€ Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts
€€ Familiarity with version control using Team Foundation Server
€€ Exposure to Microsoft .NET development using C#
€€ Exposure to web development using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
€€ Exposure to MS SQL Server Scripting, SQL Server Reporting Services
€€ Knowledge of client/server, and service-based application development
€€ Knowledge of unit testing such as NUnit and MSTest

Skills and Assets
€€ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
€€ Excellent time management skills and an ability to meet demanding timelines
€€ Excellent troubleshooting, and documentation skills
€€ Experience extending packaged software solutions based on customer-specific requirements would be considered an asset

琢磨过来了你意思说我为了refer bonous在这忙呢？呵呵真要冷笑了还没进去呢就琢磨自己给别人能带来啥好处了这样的话说了只会让华人心凉啊算我多管闲事吧大家也不用给我发了版主帮我删贴吧这种事我也不会管了

朋友在那个公司我问来的现在公司他们公司还没有post职位，但是已经在接受内部人推荐的简历了所以我才帮忙发的既然大家有疑问怕被占了便宜等他们公司post这个职位了有兴趣的人直接通过网站投简历吧

具备条件的联系楼主。不具备条件的帮顶也好，这个做不到的话至少不说风凉话总能做到吧。我本不喜欢装的。今天就算挨骂也要装一回了。勿以恶小而为之。说话刻薄也是恶，很伤人的。

我支持你并理解你。我以前也有过几次类似经历。公司没有对外公布招人只是内部接受简历我好心帮忙结果引来一片质疑与发难。确实挺令人寒心的。我发现凡是质疑的都是不符合条件的而真正需要你帮助的基本就直接联系你了。你这样想想还是能帮到人的。别太沮丧了

放心吧，还是好人多。心宽路就宽，不用在意别人说什么，否则太累，醉酒现在已经不在意别人说什么了。

楼主不要生气，做个好心人不容易，因为有的人总认为别人要么要从他那得到什么好处，要么得到他的信息准备害他。不要理这种人。
