房子的年头？

是从建房的那年算，还是建完的那年算。比如15年起建，16年建好，这是哪年的房子？

我以前的房子是2006年开建，2007年建好，卖时写的是2006年。

看来是按建的年算，我们的是04年建，05年建好，卖时写的是04年。
