11月爱城房产销售量与去年同比下降3%

8 f+ s# ^0 M5 M; | D埃德蒙顿2015年12月2日报道：埃德蒙顿房屋市场十一月出现强劲的销售量。十一月的所有住宅的销售量比去年同期仅下降2.9％，相比于2015年十月比去年同期下降的15% 有着显着的改善。十一月份，大爱城区的所有住宅房的平均价与去年同比微跌3.1％，但本年迄今平均价比2014年同期还高1.5%。

3 S$ d+ A$ \3 M9 w# Q6 Y; r' ?; f- i/ e大爱城区独立屋的平均售价为$432,862, 比十月份下降了1.4%，比去年同期下降了2.62%。 双拼/联排屋也下降到$339,454，比上一个月下降了5.5%，比2014年十一月下降了3.5%。但是公寓的平均售价为$253,618，比上一个月上涨了3.8%。 所有住宅平均售价为$369,559，比十月份微降0.59%。
