大家好！本人买了台黑色kia senoda van，现在想把黑漆改成白色，全车身外侧，内饰不变！不知哪位知道哪里有华人喷漆的地方，或者哪位朋友可以接这个活，如有知情请留电话，地址我会抓紧联系你！谢谢

Yes, it is very expensive.

Unless people wish to cover up something, financially it doesn't make sense. The painter has to scrap or sand off the black coating first, then paint the white, a complicated project.
