Hi, I'm looking for a roommate (female only) for a furnished bedroom in a 1 bedroom apartment, $500/month + shared utilities (about $20-30). Deposit is $500.

! T) V# f( K' @" nThis is a room furnished with table, chair, wardrobe, chest drawer with very big window and big patio at the front. The apartment is very clean.

1 o9 S1 y& u* N& c3 T# rThe room is available at the beginning of September.

2 u% [2 _1 @7 }1 Y; H1 e- The apartment is right behind Nait. It takes only 3-5 mins walk to Nait.
8 G" I5 h% ]* O) I+ K; L; Q' m6 A- The closest bus stops are also 3 mins walk from the apartment.
! T- ?& v9 L4 T- There are lots of buses to many places in the city.
9 ~0 O3 h; w' e3 X/ W$ y2 i+ It takes only 15 mins directly to MacEwan Univ by bus no.8.
' e2 E9 h+ ~& V& ?" q5 H+ Bus no.130 goes directly to University of Alberta in 27 mins.
0 {' u+ s/ L( F2 U4 n8 d+ Buses no.8 or no.9 can take you to Downtown in 20 mins.
+ You can take no.8, no.9, no.12, or no.130 to Kingsway Mall in 8 mins.
: U! j; @# r$ V4 S* R0 R- ~! T+ No. 12 can drop you at Superstores or Canadian Tire in 10 mins. + Lots of restaurants (eg. Subway, Korean BBQ, Lan's Asian Grill, Smitty's, etc.) and stores (eg. Value village, Dolarama, convenient stores, etc.) are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.
