The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Write and post advertising for various job vacancies3 @1 T, @6 E f; O$ f; r* [
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
K3 Z/ x) [. _* lManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;" O! {5 Q) h4 d- u3 h5 y# J
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;* T _8 c6 l+ C! D# o2 ]- Y0 e3 c
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;6 V$ w4 c( U* y+ R& c: T
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.% T$ O0 R6 G# }0 O( W5 C0 @
