We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
" Y M0 u+ t( EWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies3 G4 V7 s3 r2 W4 f# G
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines0 i0 e* s0 v$ \1 Q& [
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;# P6 U' K. c. ~$ @+ {) _: |7 H9 j/ s
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
( J4 g! V8 I0 H( }Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
) E; G; c6 ^8 q+ bConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.% L9 v1 w, }( d2 Q. `
Conduct all work within established time standards;2 t: q! }3 I. V) ^
