We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients., K: }2 X. `& L9 b( F

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments0 x) a5 g; X- s9 q
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
, t w- l' q( T0 c+ p9 FAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" u+ z M" N' E7 k r6 K. v
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;- q9 K( |6 k' v6 i0 s' G* i; B
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
5 [ h5 _" ?. k; b w7 L% K- XEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;4 W% x; y, Y9 J* c2 d
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients., b7 f2 n; W/ {) e
Conduct all work within established time standards;9 f( k% G3 \9 B& f0 q

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

H2 X% X0 Y9 c* SAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;- a! ]4 G3 D0 T% Q
Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
