' m( Y/ V. n Q4 mWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
; I! m- |/ L8 V9 t3 I7 _, SWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies; c/ S, h2 y- ]$ X& p
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines: T0 _& N+ u' q) P
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
' A/ u& {- @0 zOversee file management for all LMIA matters;) r) q3 J' ~ o
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;$ V" V8 r0 F7 n/ {9 P: `
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
