# y2 o; h1 r, m% y" r) h4 eBoth of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.

3 m& l+ o4 X; ]. F3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.$ I3 F8 A% t* w/ M3 ?) X5 |
