Trying to answer your answers,

- Z8 \, J3 O, c* ~% B3 f" cBoth of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.& m& R$ {; e$ ?/ A6 X% ~
7 V: @" N$ H: O7 A0 N8 x3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.
