Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
! T  O& P% m: ?; P, HUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
; F# Q) L+ t7 v% X8 X% HKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
# ~; E  z" f4 P9 Y2 n9 ZStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
% p/ S, \2 l& W! S' v% IPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
  B2 {9 _) L# O+ E9 G+ f8 LAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
# V& S( O, {0 N0 c5 w7 d- NPrevious banking experience would be an asset
' `4 K  q: b  r$ [Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
6 A0 o8 Z8 m" ]9 H1 b9 AAdministrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
