Ratio: 44% (64%, 55%, 45%)
8 K, D; `/ S/ s. G7 L# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371)
" u" p8 p6 U+ |+ I& h# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)/ I4 X- c) s2 N
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
/ e- Y6 ?* B* H2 p; _Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)3 j' b/ q, F/ T! [7 Q1 J0 k
Active condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)
1 w5 a4 k, R$ O. DHomes 4-week running average: $436k ($440k, $441k, $426k). h& y# }2 G; g3 q2 j) ?8 ^
Condos 4-week running average: $245k ($254k, $253k, $250k)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
