The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.+ @0 _1 I+ |0 V# J5 ~6 K

( ]5 F! B* l# XCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
c+ |% u5 N5 j0 i' ^/ w0 n& uWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
6 t8 @* z1 @) }0 \: g# i. WAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines0 v0 k# m$ O- M% ?
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;! [; I/ j- E7 m
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;$ n3 h1 E5 r/ T' S3 @% D7 H( }5 V. y, J
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database; J8 H2 z! I0 e& ]- h- h8 [0 B/ ?
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Compensation and Benefits
