We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.% K% L4 ?: j2 w8 U4 z; Z3 ?% _6 h: e

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments/ X* A: V5 Z, m' ^+ `, b% N
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies9 |+ k. c* ^3 E$ \. b
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines0 ^1 J: x1 ]. \8 t7 r
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
* q6 |+ Y2 m+ L3 L( y$ M$ tOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
3 h6 ?6 k$ z% t- dEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
1 N$ s3 Z. ^3 X* ZConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Time management skills are critical;
