We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Write and post advertising for various job vacancies+ V" A3 |1 A! O! J; i( V7 G$ @1 j9 X
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines A4 k% g! S9 ~ |
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
4 p/ t: x% J2 u$ FOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
# Z# _1 c$ F+ K$ ?Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;3 n( c; T9 y3 ^
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.$ ]( {5 K, p) M0 r1 r( {; E+ A
