Position Summary

) V, }& N6 S7 d3 d; PWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments. d3 i6 y7 K$ H* x$ l
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies& I* ~/ w2 h' p8 Q  e
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
' ?: b5 h& V( d: T2 o) c; }Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;0 v; C( m# W& f* i3 p
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
5 J9 V, r( B, j3 \) A* s2 vEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;8 z* J9 r  [1 W5 M4 L
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.1 `  g5 u# C& j. y; V- f2 S# E
Conduct all work within established time standards;! s0 r: m& A1 O. e

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
8 }7 I  s( `  H6 e6 R1 i* YAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
! f  f2 I/ k& G$ V9 j0 N3 A: JTime management skills are critical;1 ~9 M) K; ~: L3 U
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;7 Q& u# s% P% @. E8 d% v
Attention to detail and accuracy;
* ?: ?  w+ r5 r5 Y  ^Strong organizational and computer skills;& @; z: ^5 l/ ?/ ]7 y  W% [! X
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;' ^" N4 ~7 \% M$ |0 F, E
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
) I: {4 Z) |8 y# YAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
9 v8 ?6 j. M: T7 t0 `# P9 S7 FAbility to work with minimal supervision;$ W, [- u) s! Z7 P* Y' \1 f
Self-directed and highly motivated; and: p* S; _- L; k1 m* O

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
