5 s/ v% m1 f- d' z# wWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments2 k% f  q# ?( Z/ \0 d& N
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies3 l2 Z+ i$ s4 l  s
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" I* z. O2 d0 E  u' \5 O- _8 Z! x  m
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
2 P3 t9 C. s5 Z; b4 ~Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;# _6 ~; }! g' B1 v. }$ R
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;: i$ w. `8 q3 u2 g
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.$ [8 h. Y3 E. E$ M2 v
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;- o% I" x- ]/ G: w# Q6 q, B6 u  G
Time management skills are critical;  d/ N3 m' U; _+ d) o
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
5 y$ }# v; e2 i! g" F% WAttention to detail and accuracy;# J2 I% C% W- M. `. ?' J2 v. P
Strong organizational and computer skills;2 U* n% c" w: S# W8 K1 j2 v
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;' |# b  P# [; G! H3 [
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;* {& N' ^7 `( g* V
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Self-directed and highly motivated; and2 n+ x: k7 ]5 |7 L) Y: b

( H, v) J# r  u8 z% X; PHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
