job posting需要包含这些内容，

2. Duties
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
4. Education and Experience Requirements
5. Starting Salary Range
6. Application Instructions

这个posting只有1和6，很明显的，雇主缺乏基本business hiring常识，也不够正规，管理能力更令人怀疑。
