Responsibilities

3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems
3 G, c( z3 R k, C+ H. D0 y4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
* X6 s$ S' n' \& v5 }. W: _5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
. p) H+ P- d" s6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents" Q: Z- s5 M4 \1 ^9 y" ~" u
7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff

2. University degree or college diploma- \8 p# L- M. f$ p8 y
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset: {$ F; i' L: P5 }$ G c& A
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines# ]7 Z& [' P/ @$ g. G. h0 m
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
2 B5 r0 c* k1 L" ~* W6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
& R1 I/ H4 V& y; \7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control9 h, R! [6 B4 }. N9 Y
8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)7 c |8 |; i7 W* k/ V
