这个小软件第一个TAB显示mortgage基本信息。

; \$ x! }' ]  Z0 A$ w" R第二个TAB提供mortgage 每年的summary，和每笔付款中利息和本金组成变化。并将显示信息生成CSV文件，提供EMAIL或下载的功能，方便用户在电脑上打开文件浏览详细信息。

第三个TAB提供mortgage的利息和本金图表信息。

1 E  n; u0 H, V, |+ l) f第四个TABT用户可以任选mortgage中的贷款金额，年限，利息，月付中的三个，计算剩下的一个变量。
