很久没回国，请问大家个寄文件的问题，多谢啦！

如题，有些文件需要从国内寄过来，请问哪家快递比较好呢？ EMS? UPS?n多年没回国了，已经摸不着头脑啦，先谢谢各位热心回答的童鞋啦

我以前公司寄非加拿大境内的文件都是用DHL
