想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

+ x2 V( z& T7 v3 X: u& [low maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
% B1 c2 V& F6 K" Q$ znew townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
