请教， panel overheat

house inspector 发现地下室的 electric panet 有两个breaks overheat, 是什么问题？ 是不是正常？

谢谢， 我找过电工看了， 是 AFCI Breaks 有些温热， 18.3C， 检查线路没有松动。
