Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

7 _8 b8 \9 v  H1 Z We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

( x8 `7 I6 K) d: d" s4 a8 ~ The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.
% B) s/ d4 ]. }8 @7 H6 s6 f
Responsibilities will include:
•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
& n( A9 N& y, I, ?' O" J+ G•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
# q2 [* x. c7 E•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
, I7 W1 I" }; d7 _6 w6 _3 r•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
•Keep work area clean.
•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

* ?% Z: [& n. R•Basic English communication skills
•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.

•Ability to work under constant pressure
& ]  ~% G, d* }' s0 S1 v8 y•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

A shift:  Monday to Friday (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)

•Patch units
•Hot melt super spacer units
•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines
