This is the 12th year that the Dallas-based retailer has offered free Slurpees on its birthday. To receive each day's free offer, customers must download and register on the 7-Eleven app to obtain a barcode, the company said. The customer will receive the free item as they check out. But you're in luck, the app isn't required to get a free Slurpee on Friday, July 11.* T3 a- s0 C3 _
