I have been looking into Windermere.
7 ]% A2 f8 [; \% Z6 X$ V* y! |My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

. \, ~7 D$ q# P. n) t: xAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.* E! w; v8 s9 f5 | M& B& W
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
! X% a! Y- q9 {, nThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.0 J5 a+ U( j3 `9 D
$ |4 l, v5 }5 H$ A& dSome people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
y+ N: A+ R# u6 k6 l3 xDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
