I have been looking into Windermere.
1 Y$ F: c1 ?. W8 ^& x- YMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

* s, j& q% f6 I, ~1 _- Y1 d+ XAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.* V* D4 Q, X& m5 v9 i, V7 I
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
' ]6 E j! C, p% N$ jThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?

Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.& X8 l X: [. F6 ] Z
