I have been looking into Windermere.! [+ x" [$ } \* V
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.1 p T* d* E- e4 }

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.( Y* Q2 ^6 Q3 M* L& v
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
0 N/ D0 C; I9 b5 L+ D+ N5 S5 N$ T3 U2 ~; gThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.! u3 M( N' s% @0 r% O3 x! B9 Y6 p
