I have been looking into Windermere.% J5 Y6 Q- C' e R; x- u
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
& v2 g4 |+ B$ h2 ]2 QJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
( o( d8 I. x6 l; QThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.( H8 u" }) I; M. k# C/ N

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
