I have been looking into Windermere.
" B4 h8 o9 ~% O3 q+ ^6 qMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

8 Q- J7 h, F1 L; b0 oAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.# k* F; P. k. d
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.' \2 Q# B$ |8 z, Y2 E. k3 D0 ^
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

- N* c) a9 y! W! ~& ]That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
