如題, 那是CONDO, 目前還在興建當中. 最快12月或1月才拿鑰匙.
1 `3 @% `& O5 J請問跟BUILDER簽合約後, 要立即找律師處理文件上的手續嗎?
& t* j. }; H, J# F4 G$ f請問有沒有人能介紹能說中文的律師, 價廉的. 能說廣東話更佳.

builder一般会提供律师别担心，有问题上来问。大把人帮你。

Don't worry about the lawyer if you are not building a house.
; Y0 M9 J! p! JThe process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders.  Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key!
2 ~, k% S$ E" UIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder.
And you only do this when the house is ready for possession.

So far , I found a very good Mortgage Specialist . She also introduced me a Lawyers.
