JOB DESCRIPTION" c: m# V- D$ {6 i, {: E
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
7 S/ i% _: Z. ^$ O' N2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;; Z" R  ]8 M" b) v& F
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
0 M: x: D# o& ?3 G. b3 @; \' h4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
# f1 W, q4 S7 W: E, d- W- O5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;8 J4 D+ }  q8 E7 O) V* F2 o
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
9 f8 J6 ~: y3 U9 f; z' y7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
6 H6 X" p$ b) U- J& L9 A9 v•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.( k' G* S% ?, i
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
: `: k6 |9 S( Q% u. S•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
; q; K2 R0 }& a- j  w: i8 C•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.* o, S0 n+ f3 p/ Y" v" ]5 P2 ]5 ~
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
