JOB DESCRIPTION
+ T* I7 K, D7 T. D0 n6 {2 D1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
2 Z/ C/ G& |" s9 C1 m) `2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
5 Z- L( H+ }5 z3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;& i2 g$ s8 x3 ]- A; ]3 S$ g5 f
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 8 E% x, P2 t4 p5 T. @3 Q; R
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
, j5 V7 H+ a  k2 {( k6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; ' A4 e$ W9 A; o( ~0 M: Y
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

. {/ {- _; f) u1 X•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
  P! |4 P+ ?5 G•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
2 U+ v, V' |1 V& N•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
4 P. K. |* L* ^! v; B& T: i& q•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
