JOB DESCRIPTION2 x9 [8 U2 p6 Z) E# Q$ c3 {' o$ Y
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
9 C3 U) B( V6 j, N! o+ p, t, W; ?2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;% s, P2 w: W' M# U- }
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;" h6 C3 |5 ?% s! L
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
5 g, @- o1 E. u5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
/ R4 j& T% C( P& g6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
$ S. g. j6 Q* D% l& P% U+ G5 b7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.+ D4 \5 V  y3 \. [. H

Qualifications:
( D2 Y  d: M+ A3 M  M* e) @•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.& e' Y/ u6 W9 p) d% w1 g* P0 x
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.2 b1 _2 U1 n1 c/ n
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
4 W( e  T, [, A7 X•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
