Required immediately:
4 @# O+ ^% A( ?: m, |Accounting Technician.  Experience and posted secondary education required.

Duties include:

•        compute charges
•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
6 |0 c, n+ j8 B•        prepare invoices and reports
•        take telephone calls
•        make up cheques
•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
" n- t: x. a1 v•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
: j$ h7 ?" c; p+ n, l•        prepare basic financial statements
•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
