第一次买房, 50万以下, 2000sq ft以下, 2年新的single house, 西南区.

各位大神帮忙看看这几个有啥优缺点呗? 感谢感谢!

The third one, when the builder put it on the market, the asking price was 350K, plus 10K for landscaping, 5K for Appliances. I think 410K is a fair price. By the way, the yard is pretty big plus facing south.

I got a corner lot, be honest, I don't see any issues at all. on the other hand, all my bedrooms got nice view instead of facing neighbor's wall.

not all corner lots are the same, sound like you have a good one.

我个人也感觉corner房并没有很多人所说的那么差，地大是非常大的优点，如果铲雪对买家来讲不是大麻烦的话，我觉的挺好的。

不是所有corner lots都要多剷雪，有些就像普通lot一樣，只需要負責前面行人路snow shovelling

对，并不是所有的coner lot 都不好。它也有好的一面。具体问题具体分析。

right, 有些coner lot 侧面并不需要房主铲雪。
