买房的免税额度

去年买了房子,听说可以在报税的时候有7500的免税额度,不知道是不是真的。请问可以随便报在夫妻哪边吗?

+ \5 {. U) ?+ c+ x+ y/ X9 iYou can claim an amount of $5,000 for the purchase of a qualifying home made in 2013, if both of the following apply:
: R, J( V! N! ?3 `+ q! |6 c3 Y•you or your spouse or common-law partner acquired a qualifying home; and
9 B, Q# r5 S  `6 M' c7 u•you did not live in another home owned by you or your spouse or common-law partner in the year of acquisition or in any of the four preceding years (first-time home buyer).+ W9 ]- T9 Z/ O1 o
So the non-refundable tax credit is up to $750.

这样看似乎免税额度是 5000 不是7500?是必须买新房,还是买的二手房也算啊。

A share in a co-operative housing corporation that entitles you to own and gives you an equity interest in a housing unit located in Canada also qualifies. However, a share that only gives you the right to tenancy in the housing unit does not qualify.$ z% W' J9 Y! m5 ?- Y
