1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
0 l6 W4 o" B4 `4 Y: P8 ^still support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
9 q5 |- ?8 u+ mthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
" \, M3 G- |% m2 i$ w: V3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
