GDL可以独立开车，但是不能教别人开车，不能半夜开车，不能喝酒，乘客不能超过安全带的数量......

Learner's conditions

Must be accompanied by a fully licensed (non-GDL probationary) driver who is 18 years of age or older and is seated next to the driver.
Not permitted to drive from midnight to 5 a.m.
Not permitted to have more passengers than seat belts.

Have a zero alcohol level.
If learning to drive a motorcycle, you must be 16 years of age and are not permitted to drive during nighttime hours. You must be accompanied by a fully licenced (non-GDL probationary) driver who is 18 years of age or older and is either seated on the motorcycle with you or is following you in or on another motor vehicle.

/ H; I/ b1 v/ N; ~( \I think what you posted here is the condition for Learner's License not for Class 5 driver.
Class 5 drivers do not need to be accompanied by a fully licensed driver. ^_______________^

老杨，肯定地说GDL是可以开夜车的，我的最新手册也是这么写的，为此我还特意电话问过，绝对没问题。

老杨搞错了，gdl是5号牌，不是class 7 ，gdl是可以开夜车的。

如果你们都说这是最新规定，那就以你们的为准。我好久没看过驾驶手册了。
