' W8 e7 e' p  C# x; S0 N  H•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
7 s; g. [* @. G& P1 p•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
8 Q! H* N5 i+ e8 V# e' E% Z•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

•        Retail customer service experience.
0 e9 n! ?& W4 A: f  w& G•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
5 U  @8 Z; W# _/ Z$ l0 `2 f" J•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
