请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
4 P( x% p1 e% {1 l0 Z7 x3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
4 G" K7 _! h5 A4) Obtain the plate.
