请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

下一步应该是先买保险，还是先做车检？最后上牌？

These are what I knew.
" f# x- t: g0 D& c( f! [5 U1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
6 H* B' v5 d4 L3 V3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
: P2 E! ~0 P5 {9 h1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
. b( ]  f/ u0 k) u- j3 J3 ]  a8 `8 A2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
4) Obtain the plate.
