( W& K1 y8 P; h7 R- D• Support capital projects and network build activity with coordination, installation, and commissioning duties • Respond to corrective network problems, performing effective/efficient problem analysis, rapid troubleshooting diagnosis and prompt repair of equipment to ensure service restoral objectives are met.; i5 J1 D- R+ D$ |- x9 n5 l4 n: X5 t

• Coordinate with other Technicians and departments as required to obtain maintain service levels.

• Perform cutovers and upgrades on the network as directed by work orders.# K. c$ L6 {" w7 Y0 Q* C' x( f
; L' L( C7 S: `% @- l• Maintain "up-to-date" site documentation as outlined by the EWO initiative.

• Perform acceptance tests on newly installed sites and equipment to ensure results meet design specifications.; S. B- ^; A3 U1 \* Y- A8 W

• Microwave and Transmission experience (e.g. DS1, DS2 ,DS3, OC3, OC12, IP) • Gain in depth knowledge of key quality service indicators in geographic area of responsibility.
