Big noise when turn right or left

my used car. The sound seems very big when make a turn. It seems no engin oil. But I check the oil. It's still between E and F.  This problems come from transmision oil?

根本就不是engine oil的问题，是power steering fluid 漏了

0 d- z" |4 h% q* i- v( b, ?. [, zEither the  power steering fluid is low, a bad steering pump, or the bearing is shot.
/ k% z' ~3 o2 P/ K( ?' PIf it is a clicking noise only, then it is the CV joint.

4 F; Q8 s  ^$ G, @* _( l0 VWith your knowledge, I think you should only be checking the power steering fluid level and leave the rest to the mechanics.
