6 O3 R' ~2 q& ~9 R% ~+ L! _To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.
% Q! _) R: z6 g- l8 X
Primary Objective/Duties of position:
# r2 |- i9 E4 k; I1 A
    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
" Q% F- O. W$ R    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
5 p: L8 n5 X0 f  d8 {$ j' i8 Q2 o& p    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
, D( P% l, U: \( B    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
2 p1 v% b, t. [    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
5 T- j: i0 X& d' S    Actively participate in training initiatives
6 Q$ o( ]; R2 A    Participate in community marketing initiatives

1 Z- J1 l; l$ X5 L9 b3 B. uThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

3 I! V2 ?+ _- W2 [    High School and or Post Secondary Education
; l# _* i0 ~1 Y    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
% ]& `$ p) F- O9 q    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
# N* E: m- m. \' t3 g0 y$ `    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
+ s$ p) [% k7 k! X: r- e+ p    Strong analytical and organizational skills

    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
